All of The 3AM Teacher designs, backgrounds, clip art, graphics, photographs, and patterns found on 3amteacher.com are created by and remain the sole property of © Michelle Tsivgadellis. Please read the following terms carefully before emailing me with questions. If you are not able to find an answer to your question listed below, then please feel free to email me by clicking HERE . Make sure to check this page periodically for any updates or changes.
Prices for stock photos are as listed and the license for permitted uses is included. Please do not distribute, sell or share the photos among other teachers or through your district. Each set includes a single user license . A single user license allows you, the buyer, to use the photo(s) in digital resources and/or products you create. Friends, co-workers and family need to purchase a separate license to use the photos. Please email me with inquiries for discounts on school wide license prices and terms at [email protected] . Additional license fees for commercial use are not required, however, there are some restrictions for commercial use. Please read through the terms below before using any stock photos in products offered for free or for profit.
My Stock Photos may be used in secured digital products you sell as long as the photos are not the sole focus of the product. The 3AM Teacher Photos may NOT be used to create new clip art, frames, borders, digital papers/patterns, fonts, or graphics of any kind. The photos are meant to complement your own creations. {TIP} If all of the photos are removed from your resource you should still have a substantial resource that can be used and sold.
